Musée des Beaux-Arts de Marseille – The Musée des Beaux-Arts de Marseille is one of the major fine arts museums in southern France, located in the Palais Longchamp, a magnificent 19th-century building in Marseille. Inaugurated in 1869, the museum houses an extensive collection of paintings, sculptures, and drawings from the 16th to 19th centuries, with a particular emphasis on French, Italian, and Flemish schools. The collection includes significant works by artists such as Rubens, Carracci, Perugino, Guercino, David, Ingres, Courbet, Corot, and Daumier.
